Message / Mitteilung:	Hallo ich habe Deinen Videobeitrag zur Finanzierung des BGE gesehen. Klasse Gesprochen und angenehme Stimme Dennoch kann ich den Beitrag so noch nicht ganz überblicken, da er keine Zeitlichen verläufe und Länderübergreifende Aspekte mit aufnimmt. Ein kleiner Fehler hat sich allerdings eingeschlichen: die Konsumsteuer hat keinen großen Verwaltungsaufwand im Unternehmen, sie ist nur ein durchlaufender Posten. Einen großen Aufwand machen die Einkommenssteuer und die ganzen Abgaben aus. Mir wäre es ganz lieb wenn dieser ganze Teil wegfallen würde und nicht mehr der Leistungsbeitrag besteuert wird sondern die Leistungsentnahme,wie es ja Heute versteckt der Fall ist. So weit erst einmal. Viellecht magst du ja mal einen Beitrag über den Konsumsteueransatz ins Netz stellen. Lieben Gruß Wolfgang Heimann

Answer / Antwort:	Hm, didn't he read what I wrote on Lina, or didn't he read it? I explicitely wrote (both on my website and on Langmaker.com) that it still LACKS numbers. Also, there is a COMPLETE list of the vocabulary so far on my website - where one COULD have got the numbers from, if there WERE any... So, Janko Gorenc, please have a little patience. I may add the concept of numbers to Lina some day in the future. As of today, I would treat numbers in Lina grammatically as adjectives (so numbers would end with -i), but semantically different (unlike adjectives they do not right-branch modify, but add digits). For instance, the number 324 (threehundretandtwentyfour) would be coded in Lina in the manner [4][2][3] (the longer the word, the bigger the number - pretty natural, huh). I may use the decimal system, but probably also the hexadecimal - or even both. As my general idea (independent from Lina) for numbers is that they should be as short as possible, I may use a number-marking syntax in Lina. Just a quick idea: let's say the consonant cluster TS is very rare in Lina, so we might use TSE(digits)TSI to encode a number, where digits are simple syllables in the form of Consonant+Vowel. If we took (arbitrary examples) KA=1 TE=2 PU=3 WA=4 ..., the number 324 would be called in Lina tsewateputsi (much shorter than English, isn't it?!). This makes long numbers nicely short. Short numbers would be long, however: 1 = tsekatsi. This could be neutralized by context usage: in counting, you might use unmarked "bare" numbers: "ka, te, pu, ...". Only WITHIN a sentence (ie adjectivous use) you use the TSE..TSI markup. Damnit, now I'm even inspired to extend Lina SOON with numbers! ;) PS: As regards "your other conlang(s)", I think that in my entire lifetime I will most probably develop "only" two conlangs. One being Lina, the other being a serious attempt for an IAL (still without a name, not to be completed and published within the next decade!). But from the phonology I have already developed for the latter, I would add another idea even to Lina: the basic numbers (eg 0,1..9 in decimal) should have a correlation between semantics and phonological implementation. Ie, the arbitrary example of above is BAD (KA=1 TE=2 PU=3 WA=4) as is almost every basic numbers system known to me (natural languages also developed arbitrarily). A LOGICAL solution might for instance be, to use the three sharp plosives K,T,P with three very separate vowels, eg A,I,O in an interleaving manner to get KA=1 TA=2 PA=3 KI=4 TI=5 PI=6 KO=7 TO=8 PO=9. The zero as well as groups of zero ("hundret", "thousand" etc) as well as the comma should be different, eg WA=0, WI=00, WO=000, comma=SE.

Apropos: ich werde Dich von meiner Seite aus auch verlinken [ebenso wie Chris unter der Tierschutz-Sektion ;)]. Bei w:e bin ich seit 1,5 Jahren nicht mehr. Konnte dort das, was mir wichtig ist, nicht einbringen: Tierrechte. Die Jungs interessiert das leider gar nicht, auch wenn sie sich mit (meinem) Image schmücken. Darum ja jetzt auch Divamee...
