This page describes the best way to find help should you encounter problems while using Freebok.

Please note that the English help pages are translated from the original language (Finnish). The translation of new help items may be delayed for a couple of days during which time the English pages will display "Sorry, no content yet" notification. We apologise for the inconvenience.

1. Use the help search

Answer to the most frequently asked questions and problems can be found from the help pages. Help search ( i ) is the most convenient way to find answer to a specific question.

2. Ask a question in the Freebok forums

If the help pages do no provide an answer, you can try and ask for help in the Freebok forums ( f ). Before submitting a question please make sure that your question haven't already been asked and answered.

3. Support by email or private messages

The free email support by Freebok staff has been discontinued due to lack of time and growing number of users.

Only issues that cannot be solved via the forums will be handled by email.
